1. Who we are

Coin Healer (coinhealer.ecomhealer.com) is a software product of eCom Healer Software House, operated by Commercelia Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 13087198). Contact: support@ecomhealer.com.

2. What Coin Healer is

A dashboard for your own Binance account. You connect it with an API key you make on Binance. We read your account through that key and, only if you switch trading on, place the orders your own rules and plans ask for. We never hold your money or coins and we cannot withdraw them: a key that can withdraw, transfer, or use margin, futures or options is refused.

3. Your account

Accounts are approved by us before they open. You must be 18 or over and allowed to use Binance where you live. Keep your password and your 2-step code private; you are responsible for what happens under your account. We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.

4. Not advice

Everything Coin Healer shows is information and tools, not a personal recommendation or financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Please read the risk warning.

4a. Plans and payment

Coin Healer has a Free plan and paid plans (Pro and Autopilot), shown with their prices on the home page and in your account. New accounts may get a free trial; when it ends you move to Free unless you choose a paid plan - you are never charged without choosing one. Paid plans renew every month or year until you cancel. Payments are taken by Stripe; we never see or store your card. You can cancel any time in Plan & billing: you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing more is charged. If you change plan, Stripe charges or credits the difference. If a payment fails, the plan stays on for 7 days while Stripe tries again, then the account moves to Free (your saved alerts, plans and rules are kept, but what Free does not include is switched off). We may change prices for new subscriptions; we will tell existing subscribers before a change applies to them. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected; for refunds write to support@ecomhealer.com.

5. Your decisions and your orders

You decide whether to switch trading on, what rules and plans to set, and your spending limits. Orders are placed on Binance in your name with your key. We are not responsible for losses from your trading decisions, from market moves, or from Binance's own systems.

6. Availability

We work to keep Coin Healer running, but it may be unavailable at times (maintenance, faults, or Binance being unavailable). Rules are checked about once a minute by our server and are not held on Binance.

7. Fair use

Do not try to reach another person's account, overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or losses caused by Binance, your internet connection or devices, or by keys or codes you shared.

9. Ending

You can delete your account at any time in My account; this removes your saved Binance key and everything you set up here. We may end the service with notice.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. The laws of England and Wales apply.
